The role
We’re looking for our first Social Media Content Specialist to take the power of our social media strategy and content creation for two of our brands: Codelevate and Swapkaart. If you’re a natural storyteller with a passion for social media trends and an eye for design, this is your chance to shape our digital presence from the ground up.
In this role, you’ll blend creativity with analytics—crafting compelling content while tracking performance to optimize engagement and conversions. Working closely with one of our Founders and a UX/UI Designer, you’ll have the support you need to execute a data-driven content strategy that resonates with our audiences. This role is a permanent role in Bulgaria.
Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly social media content calendar for our 2 brands aligned with the company's marketing goals
- Create, publish and track performance of all social media posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and TikTok. Ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence across all platforms
- Record, edit, publish short-form (Reels) and long-form engaging videos for both brands using the latest social media trends
- Write SEO-driven technical blog articles for our website and create E-books for lead generation purposes
- Generate short social media scripts for creating original short-form video content
- Analyze the performance of our social content and provide insights to the team on a weekly basis
- Craft and distribute monthly email newsletters for our existing customers
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns in social media platforms (primarily Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) for our brands
What we look for:
- Аt least 2 years of experience in a Social Media role, preferably in a technology B2B company or Social Media agency
- Proven experience in guiding leads through the customer journey and creating content that drives conversions
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., Wordpress) and setup analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Basic video editing skills (experience with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or other tools)
- Experience in creating advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads. (nice-to-have)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple brands simultaneously
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English
